1 Cup Almond Flour

2 Eggs

2 Tsp Baking Powder

1/2 Tsp Salt

2 Tbsp Butter- Melted

1/3 Cup Sour Cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spray muffin tin with coconut oil spray.
  3. Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
  4. Distribute evenly into tin.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Allow to cool.
