Ingredients
Salad
1 lb Ground Beef
8 oz Bag Lettuce
1 Tomato- Diced
1/2 Cup Onion- Diced
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup Sliced Pickles
Big Mac Dressing
3/4 Cup Mayo (I used Primal Kitchen)
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Pickles
1 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onions
1/2 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Sweetener Substitute
Instructions
1. Make the dressing first. Set aside.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
3. In four containers, divide the lettuce, onion, pickles, and tomato evenly.
4. Add 1/4 meat to each container. Then 1/4 cup cheese on top.
5. Drizzle with dressing.
