Ingredients
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Almond Flour
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1/4 Cup Erythritol
1 Tsp Stevia
2 Tbsp Almond Milk
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tin with 8 muffin cups.
2. In a large bowl, add all ingredients except for blueberries. Whisk until combined.
3. Once you have a thick consistency, begin to add the blueberries.
4. Divide the batter into the muffin cups.
5. Bake for 25 minutes.
